M-Vector Tajikistan team on vacation
Last Friday it was noisy and fun in the Varzob Gorge. After all, it was there that the office of M-Vector Tajikistan arranged a team building for its employees.
The corporate event began with a fun exercise and a team warm-up.
The goals we set for the event were:
- Create trusting partnerships between employees of different departments;
- Work out the setting of common goals and joint decision-making.
Various team-building games were organized in the most beautiful gorge. A busy day smoothly turned into an equally busy evening with singing, dancing, and swimming in the pool.
Team building caused a lot of positive emotions and impressions among the employees and created a great mood. The company's employees were able to communicate with each other in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
The team of M-Vector not only had a good time but also achieved the desired results. The event helped to develop the team's sense of self-confidence, strengthen each team member’s sense of responsibility for the overall result, and improve the effectiveness of interaction between employees.
