A session on "Talent Management and Optimal Salary in Uzbekistan"
A session on "Talent Management and Optimal Salary in Uzbekistan" was held on 18 July 2023. It was organised by AmCham's HR Committee together with DNA Uzbekistan and global consulting firm WTW.
The event discussed such important topics as the current business environment in Uzbekistan, the relationship between talent management and salary correlation in a highly inflationary environment, a detailed analysis of salary trends and benchmarks in Uzbekistan, as well as the market and overview of the WTW 2023 Salary Improvement Report, which provides information on optimising salary structures. The speakers were WTW representatives Dogan Çolak, Jan Ertürk and Çagla Soysal.
The session was attended by 30 HR directors and consultants from AmCham member companies.
