Yuri earned Master's degree in Business Administration (Bishkek International Business School of Management). He has had 12 years of consulting and training experience in marketing and social researches, marketing strategy development, branding, positioning, and marketing communications. Yuri has implemented more than 100 research and consulting projects for Clients working in the sectors of consumer goods and foodstuff, information and communication technologies, mass media, hotel services, agriculture and procession, social development, etc.
An ESOMAR member (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research). He worked on probation and received additional education in Canada, France, Italy, and Holland.

Roman Pogojev

Roman is a specialist in marketing and sales, trainer and consultant in management. He has earned Bachelor's degree in international economy with a specialization of international economic relations and foreign commerce. He continued his education in the USA studying marketing management, promotion of goods and services, sales management, consumer behaviour, and development of marketing strategies. Roman has a great working experience in a number of local and foreign companies. His projects refer to such economic branches as agri-business, food processing, communication, banking and non-profit sector. 
Roman participates in research, consulting, and training projects in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan as a marketing consultant.

Nail has great experience in realization of research projects for local business companies and international organizations. Now he specializes in telecommunications, social, and economic projects in Kyrgyzstan.

Ainura Esengulova

Ainura has earned Bachelor's degree in experimental psychology. This knowledge along with remarkable personal qualities contribute to professional and effective management of the field department and teamwork. Ainura is a professional and experienced moderator.
She provides technical and consulting assistance to the Agency team in Tajikistan to guarantee the quality of field works in the country.

Julia Vasbeeva

Julia is a specialist who interacts with all departments of the Agency and makes research, analytical, and consulting activities. She develops new promising proposals, communicates with Clients and presents the Agency at different meetings. Julia develops and manages promotion programs for the Agency and its services in the markets of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, including development of certain instruments, messages, etc.
