Analysis covered features of general and operational management at enterprises, business processes, marketing and sales system, finance management, and deficiency in production methods and quality management. Diagnosis results will be used for development and introduction of competitiveness-rising programs to the enterprises.
The results have showed brands, volumes and frequency of dairy and dessert products consumption. The Project turned out to be complicated and long-term as the Client (Vimm Bill Dann) was aimed at detail study of the consumers. With this aim in view, our specialists used both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
