M-Vector Consulting Agency is one of the first research and consulting companies in Kyrgyzstan. Its actual history starts in 1997 when consultants from two local consulting agencies, Creative Management Association and S.G.I., decided to work together under consulting and research projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. Among their first projects were marketing researches, feasibility studies, and business plans for local and international investment projects (mainly Canadian).
1998
Research and Consulting Group SGI CMA was created. Among the most significant projects of the Group were surveys and consulting services for pharmaceutical factory, meat-processing mill, and brewery. This year SGI CMA started a regular measurement of Mass Media audience in Bishkek, a first survey of such kind ever launched in Kyrgyzstan.
1999
The Group opened a regional office in the second largest city in Kyrgyzstan, Osh. The same year while conducting marketing researches and consultations, SGI CMA was the first organization in Kyrgyzstan that made retail audit for one of the largest producer of marketable consumer goods.
2000
Two companies CMA and S.G.I. made a decision to create a joint-stock company, M-Vector Consulting Agency . This new company united main members of CMA and S.G.I. and soon become popular in the market of consulting services.
2001
It is the year of dynamic development of M-Vector. The Agency masters new fields, applies new research technologies and becomes the pioneer in offering research services for Bitel, cell phone operator working with GSM standard
2003
Group of M-Vector clients rapidly grows, now it includes international donor organizations along with local large private companies. The Agency develops new markets in the neighbouring countries providing research and consulting services in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Russia.
2005
M-Vector exceeds the bounds of the Republic – it opens its first foreign affiliate in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Besides, for the first time in Kyrgyzstan, by request of international agencies M-Vector takes part in carrying out large-scale exit polls in the context of parliamentary and presidential elections.
2007
The main aim of the company is to contribute to the growth and prosperity of its clients by providing high-quality services in the area of researches, marketing, and operational management. The Agency strives for being the first in all markets it nowadays works. To be of more use for the numerous clients, M-Vector continues its development, it introduces into its work the system of quality management, perfects business processes, invests in education and training its specialists, and prepares for new markets.
